Please write your name and contact details on the back of the cheque as well as your contact details (email address or mobile number) if you would like to apply for a tax deduction for your donation.

For cash donations, please visit Aidha’s office, 748A North Bridge Road, Singapore 198716 between 9.30am and 5pm.
