2020 was a challenging year but from 1 November 2020 to 21 February 2021 we set ourselves one more challenge, to raise $150,000 so we can continue to empower our students with the skills and confidence they need to create a financially secure future for themselves and their families.

Despite the disruptions of 2020, using the skills and confidence she learned at Aidha, Remelyn resumed her studies online, completed her financial plan and graduated from Module 2 in October 2020. She is now implementing her short to long term plans to reach financial security and and keen to move on to Module 3 to learn about how to run a business…but our work to support students like Remelyn relies on YOUR SUPPORT.

Thank you to everyone who helped us towards our fundraising goal so we can provide a pathway to a strong financial future for women like Remelyn. We will be announcing the total raised in March 2021.

Give more women the opportunity of financial education and empower them to build a brighter future.

Foreign domestic workers make the difficult decision to come to work in Singapore in search of a better life and to provide much needed financial support for their families. But many return home at the end of their time in Singapore with little to no savings.

Give more women the opportunity of financial education, helping them to take their first steps towards economic independence.

  • Your gift builds resilience to handle life’s unexpected challenges.
  • It empowers students to thrive and achieve their dreams.
  • It grows, as students pass on their skills and support to friends, family and community.

Your gift will be doubled through match funding!

Aidha’s life-changing financial education programmes depend on support from people like YOU.

Every donation helps!  Our heart-felt thanks for your support!

Aidha is a registered charity in Singapore with Institution of Public Character status;  any donation above $10 to Aidha is eligible for a tax deduction of 250%. So, for example, if you donate $100, you will be able to deduct $250 from your taxable income.

Our Gift of Education campaign 2020 will help us deliver more programmes to new and existing students, including our core Modules 1,2 and 3, English classes, our Aidha Business Accelerator and new short courses. Many of these classes are now being held online in order to make them accessible to our existing and new students.

Our campaign starts with Ride for Aidha, which hopes to raise $30,000 to kick-start this campaign. We must raise an additional $120,000 to reach our goal!
