Business Strategy

12 x 90 minute sessions

Learn how to:

✓ Identify a good business idea
✓ Turn an idea into a business
✓ Write a business plan including marketing, pricing and risks
 ✓ Manage employees and partnerships

In this Module, you will learn about real business cases through videos and practical exercises.

Business Operations

12 x 90 min sessions

Learn how to:

✓ Develop a strategy for your business 
✓ Discuss real Aidha alumni business cases
✓ Deal with customers, competitors and suppliers
✓ Negotiate and present (through group activities and public speaking exercises)
