The Aidha Business Accelerator provides support to Aidha alumni who aspire to set up or strengthen their own businesses. Aidha has revamped the ABA programme to offer more customised support and significant new funding opportunities. We offer 2 tracks.
‘Take Off’ is a track for alumni based in Singapore or overseas who already have a business in their home country (or are ready to start a business in the next 3 months). The Accelerator take them to the next level through individualised support and funding while they are expanding or launching their business. Participants selected for this track will each receive up to $2,500 funding for their businesses! A maximum of five to six participants will be selected for this track for each cycle of the Accelerator.
‘Runway’ is a track for alumni based in Singapore who are looking for more support to get ready to start their businesses. This track is designed to ensure that students are gaining new skills, have access to greater resources and are making improvements towards starting their businesses. Our ‘Runway’ track can help participants prepare to move on to our ‘Take Off’ track in the future!
For both tracks, the programme consists of business topics and soft skills development workshops, small group or one-to-one mentoring and networking opportunities.
A BIG thank to our programme partners, Openspace Ventures, Global Shapers and Pasar Glamour for their support.
‘Runway’ track. All alumni of Aidha’s Module 3 – Start Your Business and old Module 2 (Venture Club) can join ABA and will automatically be enrolled in the Runway track upon completion of the registration form and payment of the $50 registration fee.
‘Take Off’ track. Those who have a business in their home country (or are planning to start one within 3 months) and wish to apply for the Take off track will be required to submit a number of documents and/or other materials demonstrating the viability of their business (Click below for more details.) Those shortlisted will be required to attend a final review session (face-to-face or via Skype/ Zoom for overseas candidates). Applications for the next ABA Take Off track are not yet opened; if you are interested in the programme, please send an email to [email protected] or fill in the form in the box below.
