Campus Manager

The Campus Manager is responsible for ensuring our classroom operations run smoothly and seamlessly.

The role of Campus Manager is one that lets you gain valuable skills in operations, interpersonal relationships, leadership, organisation and planning.

The Campus Manager is Aidha’s main representative on campus, interacting with many different stakeholders, from students to volunteers, and members of the public. The role is the senior role in the COSA team, which is a small team focused on delivering the best possible experience for our students. The Campus Manager oversees the enrolment process, class scheduling, management of the physical and virtual campuses, promotion of students through the course structure, and management of the volunteer team of Aidha alumnae who assist on-campus.

The role requires working two or three Sundays a month on campus, and will generally be expected to work four days during the week. Aidha has a working-from-home policy; up to two days a week may be working-from- home days.

The role of Director, Programmes and Development, is one that contributes to the strategic development of Aidha’s programme offerings and is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with partner organisations.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Programmes and Development Director is responsible for guiding the development of new programmes as well as determining the direction of the current student and alumni programmes; overseeing the research and evaluation initiatives that will track the success and impact of Aidha’s programmes; and managing curriculum reviews to ensure Aidha’s programmes remain effective and relevant to its students. The Programmes and Development Director will also play a key role in developing new partnerships to further Aidha’s programme priorities, including partnerships with local and international non-profits as well as funders.

The position is either a full-time or 80% part-time role. The Programmes and Development Director is expected to spend 1-2 Sundays a month on campus.

(Note: time off-in-lieu will be provided for work on weekends.)

Reporting to the Marketing and Partnerships Director, the position of the Marketing Associate is one that contributes to the strategic development of marketing initiatives and brand positioning of Aidha.  

The Marketing Associate will support the implementation of the strategic and integrated marketing plan in order to reach various key stakeholders (prospective students, employers, corporate partners, donors, and the media) to advance, increase and widen Aidha’s visibility. The Marketing Associate will also be responsible for conducting market research to understand better Aidha’s audiences including migrant domestic workers and their employers. The Marketing Associate will work with the Communications Manager to develop a strategic communication plan to effectively engage Aidha’s audiences. The Marketing Associate will also support the Director of Marketing and Partnerships and other members of the Marketing and Partnerships team with the organisation and implementation of outreach events and community building activities including the marketing and communications of the events to Aidha’s student body.  

The position is part-time (80%) and will initially be a term contract for 1 year.  The Marketing Associate is expected to spend one to two Sundays a month on campus.  (Note: time off-in-lieu will be provided for work on Sundays.)

Internships

What you will get out of interning with us

  • Experience hands-on the work that goes on in an NGO and the various projects that we embark on

  • Participate in a research study, help strengthen our organisational processes, assist in reviewing our various programmes and much more

  • Leave the internship understanding more about the lives of these migrant domestic workers and how an NGO operates

  • Basic minimum commitment: at least 8 weeks on a five-day week basis. And on a case-by-case basis, a shorter attachment of 6 weeks can be considered.

  • No remuneration. As a small organisation with limited funds, we are only able to provide unpaid internships
