Structured as 90-minute sessions, each leadership club meeting focuses on a unique management topic. These include, for example:

• understanding organizations
• building a team
• identifying customer need
• marketing your products
• planning
• organizing operations
• understanding efficiency, and
• ensuring effectiveness.

Each session includes an introduction to the topic, an action learning exercise, and active sharing on what the concept and learning means for the students’ practical activity.
