It’s time again to cycle to support Aidha’s financial education for foreign domestic workers and low-income women in Singapore! Aidha has held an annual fundraising bike ride, the Aidha Tour de Singapore, for the last five years and every year it has made a critical contribution to supporting our programmes.

To continue the Aidha Tour de Singapore tradition, we are so excited to have an Aidha team in this year’s OCBC Cycle Singapore, . The event will take place in the morning of Sunday, May 6th, 2018, for a distance of 42 km (The Sportive Ride). A big thank you to all the riders!

The goal of the Aidha Tour de Singapore 2018 campaign is to raise awareness and $50,000 in support of Aidha’s financial literacy and empowerment programmes. As a charity, Aidha relies on funding support to enable us to continue to empower more foreign domestic workers and low-income women in Singapore so it’s important we reach our goal!

Whether you are riding with Team Aidha or you are a friend of Aidha, this is a wonderful opportunity to tell your friends and co-workers about our charity and invite them to pledge support for the upcoming ride. Don’t miss this opportunity to help support the education and empowerment of low-income women and their families!

Just a couple of things for fundraising:
– The good news is that Aidha is an IPC (Institution of Public Character)! What it means for the Bike Ride is that any donation you make to Aidha will receive a tax deduction of 250%. So, for example, if you donate $100, you will be able to deduct $250 from your taxable income. Doing good will benefit both you and Aidha!
