Aidha’s team draws upon rich careers in both the corporate and non-profit sectors to advance Aidha’s programme development, client service and operations. Meet the members of our management team.

Jacqueline Loh, Chief Executive Officer.  Jacqueline’s experience spans the private, public and non-profit sectors with roles in strategy, research, and programme and organizational development. She has worked internationally with the Delhi School of Economics, the World Bank, the Boston Consulting Group and the Ford Foundation, where her portfolio focused on microfinance and financial inclusion. Based in Singapore since 2003, Jacqueline worked with Canada’s International Development Research Centre’s regional office in Singapore and subsequently was the Centre Director of the Lien Centre for Social Innovation at SMU, spearheading its work on poverty in Singapore. Most recently, she has been working with the Agency for Integrated Care in the area of knowledge management and research. Jacqueline is no stranger to Aidha, having served on its board when Aidha was first established in 2006 as a spin-off from a programme of UN Women Singapore (then known as UNIFEM Singapore) where she also sits on the executive committee. She has a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of British Columbia, an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD. Contact: [email protected] 
  Marjanne van der Helm, Programmes Manager. Marjanne moved to Singapore in 2012 from Amsterdam. She holds a Master of Science in Sociology and Social Sciences from the University of Utrecht and is a certified coach (IASTI and ICF). Having worked as a consultant for the last 9 years, she has advised, evaluated and managed a diversity of projects in the public domain. She strongly believes in the power of education and stimulating micro-businesses to help women and families rise out of poverty, while creating more gender equality.

  Roland Yap, Campus Manager. Roland is an Industrial Engineer by profession from the electronics manufacturing industry. Cross-functional team work and cross-culture collaboration with various stakeholders in an organization together with a strong commitment to excellence has certainly been prominent in his career. He has a B. Eng. from RMIT, Australia and is a part time proprietary trader and event coordinator engaged mainly in sports events. He believes in continuous improvement to adapt oneself to the ever changing landscape of life. Roland enjoys playing football and pickleball (yes, pickleball!).

Ida Supahat, Communications Manager. Ida has a degree in in Liberal Arts from Oklahoma City University. Having worked in the Advertising and Public Relations Industry, Ida has managed various accounts that include 7-Eleven, The Face Shop Group, Frasers Group and Home-Fix. Ida’s goal is to see more women from developing countries and also from Singapore to get empowered through education and moral support from organisations like Aidha. Contact: ida.supahat@aidha.org

Diana Muradova, Student Affairs Manager. Diana moved to Singapore from the US in 2017. She holds a Master of Arts degree in International Education Policy Analysis from Stanford University. She has extensive experience working with students in various capacities in formal and non-formal education settings. Some of her previous roles include working at a start-up as a Student Services Advisor, interning at the Institute of International Education and supporting operations of International Student Center at Stanford University. She strongly believes in the power of education to transform women’s lives and communities by breaking the cycle of poverty. Contact: [email protected]
Jeanne Bellec, Marketing & Development Specialist. Jeanne is a Marketing professional with an extensive experience in marketing and communication in the education and financial industries. Prior to joining Aidha, Jeanne worked for ESSEC Business School, Asia-Pacific in Singapore as Marketing and Communication Director. Before moving to Singapore in 2010, she had worked as Project Manager and Head of the Innovation Center for BNP Paribas Personal Finance in France. Jeanne holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School. She has been an Aidha mentor for the Advanced Leadership Club and she strongly believes that education can be a ‘life-changer” by helping low income women to prepare their future and giving them new perspectives.

 Stephanie Salay, Finance and Administration Manager. Stephanie Salay has a Degree in Economics and Management from University of Guelph. She has experience working in finance with Navy Region Centre Singapore and Marine Jet Power Ltd for the last 11 years. She is passionate with improving on the lives of lower-income women and not forgetting her love of travelling and food!
